3.5 years, three names, one community.
Bangwing IN didn't appear overnight, and it didn't grow by bumping or botting.
2023 — "Dragons"
Started as a private Minecraft SMP group. The founder led a small team called Dragons — the teamwork and trust built there still shapes how the server runs today.
"Dragonspire" — expanding horizons
As the group outgrew Minecraft, it rebranded to Dragonspire and opened creative showcase channels, multi-interest roles, and cultural celebration spaces for the first time.
Today — Bangwing IN
1,500+ members, a youth-led team (contributors aged 16–19) building custom bots and moderation tools from scratch, and a founder who still shows up in chat daily.
Word-of-mouth, not paid growth
We discontinued third-party bump/vote listings on purpose — growth here is organic, member-referred, and slower but real.
Community-first economics
No pay-to-win systems. Any revenue is reinvested into the community itself — bots, events, hosting — not extracted.

Bangwing IN is independently run by Rachit Ranjan and a small, youth-led team of contributors aged 16–19 — from bot development to moderation architecture. No investors, no corporate parent, no data being sold. Staff can't moderate other servers on the side, so there's no split loyalty; every decision runs through Feedback Box votes and open community input first.
